1. Currently this is the only product we can ship outside the USA.

2 This International Tick Immune Support product cannot be ordered with other products from our website.

3. Price does not include any import duties your national government may charge you.

4. The checkout page says shipping via USPS, but worldwide shipping for this product is really done via DHL. 

5. Returns / Refunds for International orders are NOT accepted. Please keep this in mind before placing any international order with us. Once an order is placed it is final.

6. Address changes or any other change to an order once order is placed is NOT possible because of system and shipping automation.  

7. If there are any issues with delivery we cannot provide any assistance, as shipping is done via DHL. Customer will need to contact DHL themselves to resolve any potential delivery issue.

8. Shipping costs (almost always) remain the same whether you buy 1 bottle or multiple bottles (up until a high number of bottles). So, the shipping cost dramatically decreases when ordering multiple bottles in 1 order. Shipping cost will be shown on the checkout page to you, before you have to pay.
